Financial Aid Requirements

Student financial aid applicants must satisfy certain requirements in order to receive financial aid. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Fulfillment of all admission requirements
  2. Submission of all documentation requested by The Creative Circus, lenders or both
  3. Maintaining satisfactory academic progress in accordance with school policy
  4. Maintaining regular, verifiable attendance
  5. Completion of “aid specific” requirements, such as entrance loan counseling

In addition, all who receive student loans must attend exit loan counseling before leaving school.

Financial Aid Process

Once enrolled, we will be contacting you with specific deadlines for your Financial Aid paperwork. There are three steps necessary for completing the financial aid process outlined in the instructions found here.

Refund Policy and Requirements for Withdrawal and Return of Federal Financial Aid

The law specifies how our school must determine the amount of Title IV program assistance that a student may  earn if he or she withdraws from school.  Federal regulations can be found here.

Federal Student Financial Aid Penalties for Drug Law Violations

The federal government does not take kindly to dispersing financial aid to a student only to learn of that student’s drug violation or sexual offense, and neither does The Circus.  Such violations can result in termination of enrollment and termination of federal financial aid.  Read about the official federal policy here.
