In addition to Shannon’s gigs as both The Little Mermaid and The Pink Power Ranger, she also spent some time belting out Ella Fitzgerald covers at a local cafeteria. Yes. Really.
Now, she oversees all the ways The Circus reaches out to the creative world around us. She has been known to bandage exacto knife cuts, wrangles Admissions, Student Services, and Financial Services, and is the face behind all our marketing and social media.
In past lives she spent some time as a recruiting manager for advertising agencies all over the country and has a long and storied professional career working with creative students.
She is married to a creative geek and is Mommy to the two best children in all the land. She’s training them to lead the rebel forces one day. Good Jedis they are. Strong with them, the force is. Or, that’s what Yoda says.
She still has a great distaste for balloon animals. Still loves Ella Fitzgerald.

I’d really like to speak with someone about the programs and what type of background is required to take classes at Creative Circus. I have reviewed the website, and get the feeling that I may need some ‘pre requesites’, but I would like some direction on what types of things I should be looking at. Thanks for your assistance/direction.
Hi David,
We’d be happy to walk you through all the Circus including prerequisites and admission requirements. Jason Reece, Admissions Representative Extraordinaire, is trying to get in touch with you as I type this. You should think about coming in for a visit soon. We’d love to have you!
Does your college require all entries to have taken the SAT, and if so will you be looking at the scores?
Hi David,
We do not require an SAT. Check out our admissions requirements on our web page which should answer most of your questions. Then give us a call to schedule an appointment to go over the information.
My daughter graduates from University of Alabama with a degree in Advertising, graphic design, and minor in computer. She is interested in applying to creative circus this fall. She will graduate May 4, 2012. Are you open on the weekend where we can drive to Atlanta and take a tour of your program? We would like to go May 19. What a great program you have and an honor to attend! Thank you Denise Drace
