More amazing facts:
-Born in the Midwest, raised in the Southwest.
-Lived in The Hague for one year in the seventh grade.
-Offered full academic/athletic scholarship to The Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs Colorado.
-I bowled a 200 game as a 12 year old.
-When I was four, I wrote my brother’s name in H-U-G-E letters on the wall in our bedroom. He got spanked. I felt horrible. I just wanted to prove I was qualified to go to school too.
-My Dad is my hero. When I was little, I couldn’t explain what he did at work. He was an accountant.
-My Mom introduced me on what an artist is. I witnessed her magic when she demonstrated how to color in my first coloring book. I was mesmerized. She colored inside the lines, and blended colors together. She produced an amazing gamut from a carton with eight Crayola crayons.
-36 years earlier, and 45 pounds lighter, I could get my elbows above a basketball rim. No ladder. No trampoline.
-I can roll AND twist my tongue.
-My name is in both Georgia and gargoyle. I know, BFD.
-I suck like a giant prehistoric mosquito at frisbee golf.
-While a student at Art Center in LA, Muhammed Ali did a series of simple magic tricks for me and my friend Jeff Noble in his living room. All pretty juvenile magic stuff, but it was friggin’ Muhammed Ali.
-Jetsons over Flintstones. Munsters over Addams family. Beatles over Stones. 49′ers over Raiders. Mets over Yankees. Lakers over Clippers. Duh.
